this was taken when i was helping jane (not in picture) wrap her christmas gifts. we were trying to do an advertisement for gatsby.
dinner time! :D the food was prepared by toby - the friend of my insurance agent whom i became fast friends with (yes! i'm so glad i changed my agent) - and his staff.
the nine of us! the group consists of two singaporeans, one filipino, and six vietnamese! within the group, there were five of us who could speak english, three who could speak mandarin, and seven who could speak vietnamese. imagine the amount of translation we needed at the table! but it all worked out very well. (:
noticed something different about me in this photo? this very cute boy was the one who cut my fringe for me. :D
farewell shot! the boy on the far left said i looked like i'm 19! that totally made my day! (guys, you can consider it as an awesome pick up line ;)
well, that closes one very memorable chapter of my 23rd year.
